Tron shares were listed on Nasdaq

On July 24, trading of shares of Tron Inc began on the Nasdaq exchange (TRON), associated with the blockchain of the same name. Justin Sun opened the session with a bell ringing.

The company went public through a reverse merger with the already listed trading platform company SRM Entertainment.

"With the arrival of Justin Sun as our global advisor and our ongoing expansion of treasury assets based on blockchain, the moment [listing] emphasizes our long-term vision of increasing shareholder value through innovation and strategic leadership," said Tron Inc CEO Rich Miller in a press release.

The effects of the merger are visible on the current TRON stock chart. The Nasdaq tool has been tracking stock quotes since 2023. At the time of writing, they are trading at around $9.

The main growth of the stock was demonstrated after rumors about the listing of Tron on the exchange in mid-June 2025.

The former SRM Entertainment positions itself as a "pioneer in integrated blockchain asset management strategies." According to the firm's statement, it holds the largest reserves of TRX tokens among public organizations.

The coin itself reacted to the news cautiously. The main pump also occurred earlier - against the backdrop of unconfirmed information about the placement of shares. TRX is currently trading around $0.31.
