Eden Network announces cessation of operations and launches EDEN Token delisting plan

[Coin World] Eden Network, established in 2020, announced that it will cease operations immediately and initiate the EDEN token delisting plan. Eden was initially launched under the name Archer DAO, aiming to create new revenue streams for Ethereum miners through MEV profits. After rebranding to Eden Network in 2021, it collaborated with miners holding over 50% of the Computing Power and transitioned to being an MEV-Boost Relay operator after the merge. However, as competition in the relay and block construction market intensified and costs soared, Eden struggled to maintain its market position. The delisting plan will allocate 2,000 ETH from the treasury to non-U.S. users at a rate of approximately 66,401 EDEN to 1 ETH. Previously, Eden Network raised $17.4 million in a seed round in 2021.
