According to a report by CoinWorld, a Texas district court judge has recommended supporting influencer Logan Paul's motion to dismiss the class action lawsuit against his NFT project Crypto Zoo. Judge Ronald Griffin stated that the plaintiffs failed to adequately prove the connection between Paul and their financial losses. Judge Griffin suggested allowing the plaintiffs to amend all 27 counts except for the fraud related to the merchandise pool. The class action was filed in February 2023, accusing Crypto Zoo of being a "Rug Pull" that did not fulfill its promises.
