The WCTC S4 successfully came to an end after 51 days of fierce competition on April 27th,  the last competition day of the event. This session attracted over 19,783 futures trading enthusiasts from dozens of countries and regions around the world, including South Korea, Japan, Brazil, Vietnam, Turkey, and Russia! Let's review the highlight moments of the event!  

**I .The number of participants and trading volume hit a record high**
This is the fourth session of WCTC successfully held by Gate.io. Below is the comparison between all WCTC series of events:

Judging from the above data, this season achieved significant growth in the number of participants, covered countries, and competing teams compared to all previous events.

**II. Add Gate.io Web3 futures to the list of tradeable items: The official reveal of Gate.io's new-gen decentralized trading platform**

Gate.io Web3 futures is a decentralized cross-chain futures trading platform based on GateChain, driven by smart contracts, and supported by zero-knowledge proof technology.
In addition to spots and futures, WCTC S4 also included Gate.io’s new-gen decentralized futures products as tradeable assets.
