Macquarie: The US dollar is unlikely to completely reverse its recent fall.

Jin10 data reported on May 1st that Macquarie strategist Thierry Wizman stated in a report that even if the Trump administration cancels all tariffs, the dollar is unlikely to completely reverse its recent fall. He said, "After all, apart from capital flight, there is a need to reduce dependence on the dollar considering the decline in the integrity of some U.S. institutions and systems. The dollar will no longer be an essential currency, but rather an alternative to a few comparable currencies like the euro."
